The Bissell agency is willing to meet clients at their home to discuss proper Montana homeowners insurance coverage. At that time we will be able to make suggestions in prevention, additional coverage one may consider, what to do in the event of a claim as well as keeping records off premises to help in the event of a claim. Clients are also offered the availability of photo storage of their home. These photos will be stored in agency software to assist clients and adjusters in the event of a claim.

Coverage for the value of the home is determined by appraisal report or a report known as E2 Value. Some of the other coverage provided under the homeowner insurance is personal property, other structures, liability, loss of use, and medical payments.

Personal property that falls under the following categories may be scheduled on a homeowner policy:

• antiques and collectibles
• boats
• outboard motors and/or boat trailers
• cameras
• communication equipment
• fine arts
• furs
• golfers equipment
• jewelry
• musical instruments
• postage stamps
• rare and current coins

• and sports equipment
