Claims can either be reported to our Bozeman, Montana office normal business hours or can call the national toll free claim number as well. In the event of an afterhours emergency, Art can typically be reached on his cell to handle the claim personally at any time, day or night.

The claims process begins with the client contacting our office where the staff is more than happy to assist the client. Once the general information is received from the client, it is then input into a electronic report and forwarded on to the appropriate claims department. The claims department then assigns the client an adjuster, whose job is to contact the client, evaluate loss and determine coverage.

Our agency will assist in any way possible to see the client is brought back to the position they were prior to the claim as quickly and painlessly as possible.

There have been numerous instances where Art has gone directly to the claim as soon as to the claim as soon as the office has been notified. Art can, at that time, answer questions, take photos and assist with claim related needs.
